U.S. History Course Description

This course is required for all 11th grade students. The United States History class will study all areas of the history of the United States: geographical, social, economic and political during the Twentieth Century. This course will build the students’ knowledge and appreciation of U.S. history by developing the skills and social studies concepts necessary for an understanding of the country’s past and an appreciation of its present and future. * This course satisfies one year of the UC a-g College Admission Requirements for Social Sciences, if students earn a grade of C or higher.This course is currently taught by Mrs. Erika Spillane
